From New York City:
1. Take the Long Island Expressway (Route 495) to Exit 38 (Northern Parkway Exit). Continue to the Meadowbrook Parkway South. Stay right.
2. Take the Meadowbrook (south) to Exit M-4, Nassau Coliseum, Route 24.
3. On the Exit M-4 ramp is a turn-off about ½ mile up with a sign indicating “Chas Lindbergh Blvd” (which is Charles Lindbergh Boulevard). Exit here.
4. You will then be on Charles Lindbergh Blvd traveling parallel to, the Marriot Hotel and the Nassau Coliseum on your left.
5. Continue on Charles Lindbergh Boulevard until it forks. Bear left at the fork and continue past the traffic light. About ¼ mile past the traffic light, make a left into # 50. Our building is 6 stories high.
6. Parking is in rear of the building.
Alternative - New York City:
7. Take the FDR Drive (North) or Harlem River Drive (North) to the Triboro Bridge to Queens/Long Island.
8. Take Grand Central Parkway (East) which becomes the Northern State Parkway at the Nassau County Line.
9. Continue on the Northern State (East) which feeds directly into the Meadowbrook Parkway South at Exit 31. Stay right.
10. Once on Meadowbrook, follow # 2 - 6 above.
From Westchester and Connecticut:
11. Take Whitestone Bridge (or Throggs Neck Bridge) to Cross Island Parkway (South) to the Grand Central Parkway (East).
12. Then follow # 8 -10 above.
From Brooklyn:
13. Take Belt Parkway (East) which become the Southern State Parkway at the Nassau County Line, to the Meadowbrook Parkway (North).
14. Take Meadowbrook North to Exit M-4. Follow signs to Nassau Coliseum. As you pass the Coliseum on your left, you will be on Charles Lindbergh Blvd. Then follow # 5 and 6 above.
From Eastern Long Island:
15. Northern State Parkway (West) to Meadowbrook Parkway (South). Then follow # 2 – 6 above.
16. Southern Parkway (West) to Meadowbrook Parkway (North). Then follow # 14 above.
From Northern or Western New Jersey:
17. George Washington Bridge to Major Deegan Expressway (Route 87) South to Triboro Bridge, to Queens/Long Island. Then follow # 8 – 10 above.
18. George Washington Bride to Cross Bronx Expressway (East) to Whitestone or Throggs Neck Bridge. Then follow #11 – 12 above.
From Southern New Jersey:
19. New Jersey Turnpike to Verrazano Bridge to Belt Parkway East (JFK Airport).
20. Then follow #13 and 14 above.
Airports:
We are 20-25 minutes from LaGuardia Airport and JFK Airport. We are 90 minutes from Newark Airport. We are 60 minutes from Islip Airport.
Public Transportation:
The closest Long Island Rail Road station with trains running 2-3 times per hour is Mineola, which is on the “Main Line” and approximately 30 minutes from Penn Station. We are a short cab ride from the station.
