Biography
Michele Balletta has been employed with Lehman & Eilen since its founding. She assists the attorneys with a host of corporate matters, including the formation, organization and start-up process for many types of entities, the initial and ongoing filings for broker-dealers and investment advisers, researching state blue-sky laws, assisting with commodity futures trading commission and national futures association applications, as well as matters related to insurance and private and public offerings of securities.
Michele also assists Bob E. Lehman with the organization of materials for conferences and seminars at which he lectures.
Michele received her A.B. in Applied Science for Paralegal Studies in 1995 from Nassau Community College and continued her studies of mathematics and liberal arts at Hofstra University.
