Mr. Lehman is in charge of the Firm's broker-dealer, investment adviser, investment partnership, and commercial transaction practice areas. Mr. Lehman has extensive experience in the formation, organization and representation of broker-dealers, investment advisers, financial planners and issuers. Mr. Lehman is also actively involved in initial public offerings, secondary offerings and private placements, both on behalf of issuers and underwriters. His other areas of concentration include complex business stock and asset-based transactions, corporate restructurings, and securities regulation. Mr. Lehman received his Juris Doctor in 1984 from Albany Law School of Union University. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1981 from the State University of New York at Binghamton. Mr. Lehman has been an active participant in a number of professional organizations related to his area of practice, including: Chairman, Securities Law Committee, Nassau County Bar Association (1997 - Present) and Vice Chairman (1995-1997).
