The law firm of Lehman & Eilen is currently seeking two (2) qualified candidates:

1. a litigation associate with 3-5 years experience, preferably in the broker dealer area, and
   
   
2. a corporate associate with experience in broker dealer and/or investment adviser compliance and regulatory arenas.
