Scott Stechman is Counsel at Lehman & Eilen.  His practice focuses primarily on the litigation and arbitration of corporate and complex commercial disputes in state and federal court, with an emphasis on securities-related matters.  Scott has extensive experience representing national and regional broker-dealers and other financial services firms, their senior management and employees in industry and customer arbitrations, expungement proceedings and enforcement actions before FINRA and the SEC.  In addition, Scott has significant experience defending entities and individuals in connection with inquiries and investigations initiated by the SEC, FINRA and other self-regulatory organizations.

Prior to joining the firm in 1998, Scott was associated with the law firms of Carro, Spanbock, Kaster & Cuiffo, Camhy Karlinsky & Stein, Smith Campbell & Paduano, and Postner & Rubin, where he represented entities and individuals in state and federal court and arbitration in connection with a host of commercial disputes in the areas of corporate, securities, construction, employment, labor and insurance law.
